a tux without trying it on my son but I'm so glad I made my purchase from
you. The quality of the tux a great, especially for what I paid. We had
almost bought from Men's Warehouse but the Tux was $70.00 and they were not
able to do a color vest. The quality wasn't nearly as great as yours. I
cried when I tried the tux on my son. My little boy looked like a little
man. I'm so excited to watch him walk down the isle next week at the

I just wanted to pass along how happy I was with the two tuxes I purchased last minute for my two sons for a cruise we took.
Based on the measurement guidelines for which size to order I ordered a 6 (for my six year old) and a 10 (for my 9 year old).
Because I ordered them last minute I had to do two day shipping and didn't have time to try them on the boys before we left for the cruise!
I was so sure they were not going to fit (Murphy's Law). However, to my surprise they were perfect in size and length. I could not have asked for a more tailored fit. I was hopeful they would fit, but really absolutely stunned when they did. I think even the boys were a little surprised at how great they looked and fit!
Not only that, but I was a little skeptical about the quality of the tuxes based on the inexpensive price I paid for them (about $50 a piece). But, again I was really happy with the tuxes when they arrived; well worth the money and not cheap looking at all.
I really want to thank you for an extraordinary experience. In this day and age it seems that most of the stuff you buy on line today is never what it is promised to be. However the two products I purchased from Tux Gear were just as promised and then some.

After having to send my first pair of shoes back for being defective and being told that the replacement pair would be inspected before shipping, I received my second pair and yes they were also defective. I called to discuss having a 3rd pair sent to me and was rudely approached my the "owner" of the business basically telling me that she did not want to help satisfy me that it seemed I could not be satisfied! Keep in mind, me being unsatisfied was due to her company shipping defective products. Rather than the business owner yes the OWNER trying to make her clients happy she would rather dismiss me! So Sandy I hope u learned a lesson today if not maybe you should consider taking business ethics classes. I certainly will never shop at this store again and will certainly spred the word!!!!
RESPONSE FROM TINYTUX:
Customer was offered all of her money back plus all shipping fees and Return shipping fees. She was just asked to send back her product being that nothing she received made her happy. We looked at the shoes before shipping them off the last time and seen no problems with them. Other then offering a 100% refund for everything, what else can be done? |

Heard about your website from my sister-in-law. Used it for my son, who was a ring bearer in his godmother's wedding. Didn't know what to expect at first but then when I received the tux in only 3 days I was impressed. After trying on the shoes I noticed that they were too big. I called the number on the website and asked what needed to be done to return and exchange for a smaller size. theh customer service that I talked to was very helpful and told me exactly what needed to be done. Within about 7 days I had the correct shoes and al in time for the wedding. He looked great. Now for my sister-in-law's wedding we are again using this website to order my son's tux again. Also used it for another little boy in the wedding. Keep up the great work. |
